DWTS - What a load of rubbish!

In the grand scheme of things, a reality dancing competition rates fairly low against far more important worldly matters like war and natural disaster. But even so, there is clearly something rather shady going on during this season of Dancing with the Stars (DWTS).

Each week that dull as dirty dishwater Bristol Palin garners low dancing scores and repeatedly lands in the bottom two against the other competitors, yet somehow she magically knocks far more talented and popular participants from the competition.

Granted Bristol isn’t as cringe-worthy when it comes to dancing as that previous gawd-awful nightmare contestant Kate Gosselin, but still Bristol could only be considered a mediocre competitor at best. Her top technical dance performance thus far would only rate about as good as the majority of the other participants’ performances on their very first night of the competition.

When it comes to performing and connecting with the audience, Bristol has been about as interesting as watching paint dry. She expresses no passion and zero emotion both out there on the dance floor and in all those disgustingly contrived video clips of her ‘real’ life. There are even some comedians who regularly take the piss at Bristol’s joke of a stint on DWTS so I know I’m not the only one with this opinion.

And then there is Bristol’s asshat of a mother, Sarah Palin, out there in the audience or in video clips acting like the illiterate hick of a jackwagon that she is. Quite honestly, her unwanted presence totally makes me want to vomit and throw things at the television screen. Someone please make that horrible woman go away!

All in all it seems that this season of DWTS is proving to be about as fair and honest as a crooked election campaign. Reality television production and politics have clearly become bedfellows and frankly I’ve had enough of the nonsense. I’ll be voting with my remote and no longer tuning in to watch Dancing with the Stars … so take that Sarah Palin and you f*ckwit producers!

UPDATE: A man was reported to have actually shot his tv set in anger when he heard the ridiculous news that Bristol had moved on yet again in the competition.

And, did you know that Chelsea Handler refers to Sarah Palin as the Snookie of Politics?

  1. This is too funny! I agree she probably shouldn't be there still dancing, when Brandy went home :( however she is trying and seems to be just a regular teenager to everyone, so I don't mind watching her. On another note I could live without ever seeing her mom! I'm not a fan of Sara's and I never will be. I love DWTS and will continue to watch and I think Sara should be there to support her daughter, but why the hell must they point the camera at her, we are not watching to see her! UGH!

  3. Last night was absolutely RIDICULOUS. Bristol?? Really?? The DWTS producers made such a huge mistake by including her on the show. I think she knows she can't win, even if she takes home the Mirror Ball Trophy--we'll never believe she earned it. I almost feel bad for the girl. I feel REALLY bad for poor Brandi.

  4. Hi- she's not a regular teenager- she got knocked up. You lose the "regular" title when that happens. With that being said.... she's horrible. And she isn't even pretty. Or has a good body. Jesus- if she had any of those going for her..I could understand. But she doesn't. We've switched from "tea party" to "rum & cokes" and I'm sad I didn't get a memo on that.

  5. I am torn on this...

On one hand, I don't like Bristol and I don't Like sarah, and I am really tired of seeing both of them, and if she wins I will boycott this show the same way I boycotted American Idol when that grey haired no singing freak taylor won, I will not longer watch.

On the other hand, I do like Mark Ballas, and think it's great to see that eye candy every week (along with derek, yummm) and I also thought it was super funny when brandy got voted off because she just thought she had it in the bag (i didn't really like her much either, although she dances 100 times better than bristol)

Ok so I will end my rant now. :)

  6. I don't watch the show, but if I had to vote on the women as which I would rather be forced to bang, I would have to go with Palin as I cringe everytime I see that Goslin bitch.

  8. I haven't been keeping up with DWTS but I hear all about it. This morning the DJ on the radio ranted about this and I wasn't surprised because well, the show is obviously being blackmailed by her mother.

I have seen the Sarah Palin carved knife, it is scary and it will stab you when you aren't looking!

  9. @Nicki: I am so with you girlfriend! What a farce.

@Smart Ass Sara: I think you are channeling a former post I did not that twat Bristol. Unfortunately Bristol ends up being a top key search word for my blog. I just want her and her dickweed of a mother to skulk off to whatever swap from which they came.

    ---------------
@Amber LaShell Rants: Good point about Mark being cute. There are rumors that he and stupid Bristol have a little thingy going on. Either way if she ends up winning we should all boycott that show for sure!

    --------------
@Oilfield Trash: Ha! Kate Gosslin was one hot mess wasn't she? Fortunatley for you, she isn't on this season of DWTS. Then again rather unfortunate as that would mean you would be stuck with porking Bristol. Maybe they could bring Audrina Patridge back as a stand-in ;)

    --------------
@becca: Kyle definitely grows on you and how could he not with all that enthusiasm!

    --------------
@The Adorkable Ditz: Thank goodness you have confirmed that I am not the only with with a similar theory about shady stuff going on over at DWTS. Where in the hell did that jackwagon Sarah get so much power?

  10. It's times like this that I'm glad I don't watch much TV. One of the local news programs showed a clip of Brandy losing and she was obviously surprised. Oh, shoot! NOW she has to rely on her millions of dollars to cheer her up! If I never have to watch any of them dance, I think I'll be just fine. I have no opinion on Bristol Palin other than her mother is a stupid bitch.

  11. @Mrs. Hyde: Well tell us what you REALLY think of Sarah Palin! ...See, I knew you were my sister from a different mister!! xo

  12. I was so stunned when Bristol won over Brandi that I couldn't speak for a full two minutes -- just stared at the TV. Even Derek was stunned! What's going on? Are they mad? Is the nation crazy? This makes a mockery of anyone being on that show... We have totally dumbed down our world and talent means nothing, anymore... Grrrrr.

  13. @Sharlene T: Thank you so much for the blog love. It makes my day to discover new readers!

There is most definitely something fishy going on over at DWTS. No one believes for a minute that Bristol is "winning" legitimately. The competition is clearly rigged.

  14. I just checked...and Vote for the Worst is an avid supporter of Bristol Palin.

I don't watch DWTS at all, but I thought it might be them because they seemingly have a hand in keeping the biggest assclowns on American Idol. Real crappers like Sanjaya keep somehow getting the votes and nobody knows how it's possible they're still on.
I don't give them as much credit as to think they're solely responsible for keeping the worst contestants on, but it definitely helps. That and the fact that her mother is a magnet for the type crazy followers that would do anything to dominate the votes on a tv show her daughter is on.

  15. the palin's collectively make me want to punch myself in the head, thus rendering myself unconscious so i don't have to listen to them anymore. i've heard all your ridiculous talking points, palin's, they are as stupid now as they were the first 300 MILLION times you said them. please GO AWAY.
i've been boycotting this season already! when they announced bristol was going to be on i said i will not watch until she is voted off. apparently that isn't going to happen and i've missed the whole season, and that makes me sad because, honestly? bruno? i love him.

  16. @irishgrudge: I hadn't heard of Vote for the Worst. That would help explain a lot about this effed up situation.

@Jess: That whole mess is an outrgage! Bruno is wonderful isn't he?

  17. The more I read, the more I see we have much in common my blogging friend. I just recently stated in my blog that if Sarah Palin runs for president I'm leaving the country ASAP. She is so friggen' obnoxious.

  18. @Bouncin' Barb: Seriously! She is definitely the Snooki of politics. I detest her stupid moronic ass!

  19. ah yes StupidPalin...and her f*ckstick family...if by some miracle of chance or jackwad stupidity...or abject cheating...i will know that we have all been teleported via HD (horrific dimension) to the Jerry Springer alternate universe...
