Feeling some of that aloha spirit

Sometimes it’s good to take a wee break from all the snarky ranting and instead focus on the positive things that we all have to be thankful for. And whether that gratitude is for a beautiful sunny day, an unexpected chance to race against your favorite luxury vehicle up a steep and winding road, the amazing people in your life --or even just some awesome hot steamy sex, taking a moment to acknowledge and give thanks is so important.

So as we start off the new month remember that life is short, so live large, laugh often and love deeply…

Aloha my lovelies!

  1. How very Hawaiian of you! I could use some positive vibes this week as I am moving in 6 days. So i'm on board.

I am thankful for having a job I actually like, great family and a tolerant lady friend who has no idea what she's in for after the hurricane that is my life blows into her house!

  2. @Simple Dude: Awesome! One batch of positive mojo heading your way. Mahalo for sharing the things you grateful for. It is inspiring to others. ...And I'm fairly certain your lady friend knows just how much of a hurricane you really are, as that is probably what attracted her to you in the first place.

  10. @Molly Malone: Now that is a great way to make a girl's day! Thank you so much - especially being that I'm on a mission to get B.O.N.'ed. I can use all the props I can get. Now if only those 'powers that be' over at Blogger would get with the program!

  13. I'm thankful because:

-My new job brought me a new, bigger paycheck
-The drug store was NOT out of our brand of condoms this time
-I can't compromise on the condoms because we *have* to get the XLs ;-)
-The security guard at my work told me today that I "must have guys lined up" for me
-I have a good, supportive family
-I'm not at work right now

  15. @Bagel Fairy: Yes, always be grateful for the need for XL condoms!

@Charles: Indeed ...although I think the "Dick Head" post covered a whole heck of alot of snarky so it was time to put a small amount of balance back into the mix. Never fear though, one batch of bitchy agitation coming up soon! Hugs!
